A quick, post-"The Dark Age" Buffy/Angel ficlet. It's sweet, and yes, kind of fluffy, but not in the bad way. The characterisation, especially of Buffy, is what really blows me away here. Her dialogue especially feels so *Buffy*.

Fred/Giles, PG. Wow. This is definitely one of the best fics I've read in a long while. It manages to turn my way of thinking about Fred on its ear, while still keeping her Fred. Really, really great work here.

Chicken Soup for the Gay Man's Soul by obsessedmuch
This is a cute, sweet PG-rated little Lindsey/Xander feel-good ficlet. Not much else to say about it, but it's well-worth reading.

The Happy Return, by karabair, rated PG.

Ever wondered what would happen if Giles and Gunn met? How they'd get along? Whether or not it's yes or no, this fic offers up an answer. Plus it heavily involves Wesley, which makes my Wes-fangirl heart happy.

What really makes this fic shine is the character voice - told from Gunn's POV, it just feels like Gunn. Giles is Giles, and Anya is perfect in her cameo appearance.
